Secret weapon for burning fat

Thermogenesis is the energy consumption caused by heat production resulting from digestion (food-dependent thermogenesis), muscle work, psychological stimuli, hormones and medication. The production of heat and sweat in response to hot meals is also a consequence of thermogenesis. As the heat generated in the body is released into the environment, this leads to reduced storage of food energy in the fat deposits. The digestive work for protein, for example, causes increased calorie burning through heat production compared to carbohydrates and fats. This excess heat results from increased calorie burning and can be utilised as part of nutritional and training measures to reduce weight.

With various substances such as catechins (green tea), hot spices - combined with fasting training and intensive interval training - thermogenesis can be specifically promoted and/or enzymes of the carbohydrate and fat metabolism can be inhibited, which leads to increased fat burning overall.

The following SPONSER products support thermogenesis:

LIPOX BURNER
Suitable for adding to protein shakes for general well-being as part of a calorie-reduced diet. Contains polyphenols from extracts of guarana, cayenne pepper, green coffee and citrus fruits, innovative formula.

CARNITIN 1000
To be taken before and after physical activity or to accompany diets. Ready-to-drink ampoule with 1000 mg L-carnitine, which plays a role in the burning of fatty acids. Zinc contributes to normal fatty acid metabolism.

ACTIVATOR 200
To be taken before training, contains 200 mg caffeine. Caffeine activates thermogenesis, promotes the formation of ketone bodies and increases fat oxidation.
