Application
On pre-race day and during intense training phases. Take 4 x 1 serving per day, ideally after breakfast, lunch and dinner and before bedtime.
Preparation
For ideal serving size see body weight-dependent recommendations. Fill approx. 300 ml of water, then add powder to bottle/shaker and mix vigourosly. Add more water, according to taste preference.
